Ecotherapy recognizes our deep need to stay connected to our natural environment as well as the healing and regeneration that emerges when we reconnect with nature.  Increasing the time we spend outdoors can profoundly improve well-being. The "office" becomes a private, outdoor location with exercises to explore our interconnectedness with nature more deeply.
