Welcome to my practice. People seek therapy for many reasons, most often when they are hurting or trying to make positive life changes. It takes courage to reach out for support and open yourself to change. It takes commitment to follow through with the work. My hope is to support your journey toward wholeness and for you to experience healing and peace.

My approach is integrative, practical, supportive, and collaborative. I draw from a variety of therapy approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Jungian psychology, Taoist meditation, somatic and embodiment practices, and methods of inquiry that help me understand your unique experiences and goals.  I have post-graduate training in the systems view of health and believe in individual and collective healing for all. When appropriate, I offer biofeedback, ecotherapy, and individual or group retreats to supplement psychotherapy.
