Welcome to my practice. People seek therapy for many reasons, most often when they are hurting or trying to make positive life changes. It takes courage to reach out for support and open yourself to change. It takes commitment to follow through with the work. I integrate different therapy approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and methods of inquiry that help me understand your unique experiences and goals. I also integrate biofeedback, ecotherapy, and individual retreats to supplement psychotherapy when appropriate. When I have openings, I invite you to a 15 minute zoom introduction so I can learn about you and what you would like to work on in therapy. Together we can determine if we are a good match to collaborate.
