Welcome to my practice. People seek therapy for many reasons, most often when they are hurting or trying to make positive life changes. It takes courage to reach out for support and open yourself to change. It takes commitment to follow through with the work. My hope is to support your journey toward wholeness and for you to experience healing and peace regardless of the circumstances.

I integrate different therapy approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and methods of inquiry that help me understand your unique experiences and goals. I also integrate biofeedback, ecotherapy, and individual retreats to supplement psychotherapy when appropriate. My practice is currently full for the foreseeable future.
