Welcome to my practice. People seek therapy for many reasons, most often when they are hurting and trying to make positive life changes. It takes courage to reach out for support and open yourself to change. I integrate different therapy approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and methods of inquiry that help me understand your unique experiences and goals.
